Crossroads Maldives Stages Marina Carnaval 2022 From 25 February Onwards

Get ready for a mind-blowing carnival at the famous Crossroad Maldives where a one week-long Brazilian celebration is staged by Brazilian Fantasy, the renowned troupe from the country. With all the fast-paced samba rhythms and energetic moves, the event will be a memorable artistic experience to behold. Starting from February 25th, the carnival will last up to March 5th with various culinary events and cultural programs.

In addition to popular Samba, other forms of Afro-Brazilian themes will be incorporated into the performance. Bright costumes and stage props that reflect the charm of “pure Brazil” will have you glued to the seat. When the events are equally complemented by special Brazilian dishes, guests will be overwhelmed with the vibes of the “Rio”.

Brazilian Fantasy, A Spectacle Like Never Before!

With an aim of introducing the artistic essence of Brazil to the world, Brazilian Fantasy has been staging samba performance and carnival shows oriented by Brazilian arts throughout the world ever since its birth in 2010. In order to present the unadulterated version of samba, the troupe has trained and learned the performance from the real samba communities of Rio. Based in the UK, the troupe now comprises of 18 skilled dancers with Dahlia Elkateb as the artistic director of the company. The quality of the representation as well as lavish costume has made the troupe one of the finest teams for seeing Samba.
